1. Status

Nopo Done (NoPorn)+No aimless Social Media

2. Morning wood
Yeah norm morning woods despite having wet dream but no NRBs.

3. Libido & Urges
No serious urge other than two shorts videos of female athletes on YouTube. I thought I've recovered a lot but that hit the dopamine immediately.

4. Depression & Motivation
Studied despite having very low motivation and energy. Just felt pain due to my inability to freely watch videos. Felt like I'll never be able to watch any female without having orgasm.

5. Self talk on urges
While watching the videos, I told myself that this feeling of wanting more of that is what I need to cut off. So, I did that although it was very demanding.

6. Obedience to Fast of social media and free Google
Became a bit complacent with YouTube.

7. Entertainment
Chit-chat, cards and laughters with friends.

8. Insomnia
Good night sleep last night.

9. Dreams
I saw 3 dreams last night.
1st one, Wet dream without remembering the dream.
In 2nd dream, I cut both feet of my elder brother for curing his disease and he didn't fewl the pain and showed satisfaction.
In 3rd one, my friend helped me to grab a ticket of train when I was hopeless.


10. Aftermath feeling
Although, I'm still feeling low bcz of my inability to watch videos unhampered, but, I going to keep on trucking. I'm telling myself that I don't know what would be the result but this time I'm going to stop and show myself that I'm capable of self-control.

Feeling low bcz of my inability to control my sex disorder. Although I'm in reboot for last 15 days but it really haunts me whenever I face a beautiful woman suddenly.
It will take long period to vanish, as you got used to fap and imagine a woman you saw, your brain have created a strong connections between looking at a woman and that excitment of fapping. In other words, When you was fapping and watching porn all the memories you have in those moments are linked to that habit, so this relation will disappear over time by reversing your actions when you face those memories, It's hard because It happend during your adolescence when It was easy to right thing on your mind. Makes sense! You're talking about 3 months... Man I'm going to eradicate this menace from my life forever bcz of the proof of Itoday. I deliberately tested myself and thank God abstention is working means it has got a loooot better than before. So, I'm on it and I'm going to reserve it!!!

For your kind information, I didn't use to masturbate while or after watching porn. Instead, I just used to fantasize that process and forced myself to reach the edge which ultimately led me to actual ejaculation with my mind. And, this was supposed to be happened 2 to 3 times everyday.
Now, if I say someone that this guy was rock solid addict few months ago and has abandoned almost every possible sight of naked or semi-naked woman, I can guarantee that nobody would believe this. But, who cares more than me? So am I for sure!

Nopo Done (NoPorn) but deliberate Social Media scrolling for testing myself.

2. Morning wood
Morning woods and NRBs are normal.

3. Libido & Urges
Strong urges on second day. Saw a semi-naked girl singing on YouTube so... it got me. I decided to test myself i.e. ejaculation without stimulation and thankfully, due to consistent abstention I saw improvement means I got arosed but didn't ejaculate.
Right after that I cut that shit down despite solid strong urges because I became happy and wanted to sacrifice for my purpose.

4. Depression & Motivation
Not depressed due to my sexual problem but worried about my studies. Motivation stayed low during first day but I pushed myself against my resistance and studied. Today, I studied hard but in a scattered way means with breaks.

5. Self talk on urges
When I got urges, I made deal with myself that I will just test it than cut it off. So, I did it. I decided beforehand that whether I'm going to pass or fail, I will cut it off.

Becoming complacent with aimless YouTube scroll. Will grip on it from now.

7. Entertainment
Toured my friend's hometown on first day. Had a looot of fun there. Today, no genuine fun stuff.

Sleep is out of schedule but regular in time and intensity. Happy for that!

Didn't remember.

10. Aftermath feeling
I have tested myself successfully. That's what I need. Now, that wouldn't be tried again. I'll stick to the deal no matter what. Feeling driven for days ahead. Ready for the another day Man!

Instead, I recommend to focus on knowledging yourself and creating new healthy habits, and let the sudden exposition to women especially on TV and social media, what ever they look like, your current test. Good luck bro, I think your case is refered to oversensitivity, all addicts suffer it but with different degrees, I know lots of men who got rid from it after months of hard work .

You're saying many men suffer from the same problem, I also didn't know what you're referring as Oversensitivity, but another member termed it as PIPE Porn Induced Premature Ejaculation.
Whatever it is, I think my mind has been conditioned to same stimulus of focusing on curves of a beautiful woman and fantasize for 2 to 3 mins which brings orgasm and ejaculation immediately.
I'm confident that I have Porn Addiction under my complete control, 22 days straight, tackled all the urges easily. But the thought of my inability to see a beautiful woman and control orgasmic feeling is kicking me. This is a recurring thought that I have developed some kind of Phobia from facing certain type of body parts related to voluptuousness. I quite everything related to naked or semi-naked women like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Porn everything, trust me it is way more difficult than quitting Porn simply. But, no alternative for me, I have to take it as my New Norm.
No matter what I'll continue complete reboot in hope that the way I have controlled urges for Porn, I'll develop plasticity for controlling my uncontrolled ejaculation.

Very strong urges the second day about Porn but tackled it by feeling of hatred towards Pixels.
Despite, I did fall for a video on YouTube featuring a Gorgeous Journalist. Saw here photos for quite a time but shut that down regardless strong feelings.

4. Depression & Motivation
Yeah!!! Today's feeling was the lowest so far. Depression met me again for hours. Successfully survived it!

5. Self talk on urges
When I saw the video of that Journalist I said I want to test my test my control, so I did. After that I reminded myself to cut that off which was extremely difficult but did it anyway.

6. Obedience to Fast of social media and free Google
Becoming complacent with YouTube and often forget the reminder before using it.

7. Entertainment
I have realized that the entertainment I need is just time with friends at sports and time with myself at gym! I felt refreshed and energised afterwards.

Met my grandfather and he encouraged me about my studies and setbacks. Glad for that!!

No urges for Porn anymore. There's only desire for getting better.

4. Depression & Motivation
Depression has made entry again. Low energy and less drive for study.
I'm also completely off from any healthy diet. Plus, serious issues of brother's wedding.

5. Self talk on urges
Yeah, there was a picture on YouTube which hit the dopamine again and I started feeling orgasm immediately. I stayed present and took full notice and switched it completely.

Became complacent with YouTube again. Free Google is out of options now-a-days.

No sort of entertainment which is also lowering my energy. Although, human interaction is secured somehow.

Trouble falling asleep. But when slept, it was deep.

Yes, feeling low. However, I'm embracing all insomnia, depression, anxiety for becoming better. Will avoid mistakes with aimless scrolling and keep on going.
