I kind of regressed in the past week. I had a few drinks and tobacco. Time to get back on the horse. Still haven't watched any porn and have no desire too. I can say that I'm truly done with porn after looking back and seeing how it took a lot from me and caused horrible...

Still trucking along here. Morning woods are still hit or miss and are no where near 100% strong but getting more nocturnal erections. Continuing to let things work itself out there.

@particularly_respecting I have more energy and I have started to lose weight which is a good thing. I've tried to giving up most sugar sweets during this reboot since they trigger our dopamine receptors heavily and also have an adverse affect when working out and trying to get in shape.

Woke up feeling good. Before going to sleep I visualized my life porn free and getting back to the masculinity effects and fulfilled life that come with a life of no porn. Had a few nocturnal woods and woke up with MW. Even though its still weak he is up in the morning...
When you hit your 10 day mark look into David Goggins "Can't Hurt Me". Its a very good read for the journey we are on. Along with many other books. Reading is definitely good for the brain after many years of watching porn and rebooting/rewiring imo.
