So 13 year ago I was in a relationship, for 3 years, had no problems in bed, then I broke up with her, and went single for 5 years, watching porn 5-7 times a week, for maybe 30min or so. Then I met my next gf, and from day one, I had massive problems. Could get a hard on, pretty easy, but after 5 minutes, it just died out on me. I was sad, angry and really didn't feel like a man. Went to the doc, and he gave me Viagra, or similar pills, which of cause helps, but suddenly sex had to be "planned". If I watch porn I get hard almost instantly, and can keep it nearly 30min with no prob.

So for the last 7-10 years, I have felt tired, non motivated, kind of depressed really. Without any real reason.

Now I'm happily married, but I have massive issues with ED and P addiction, since I have a huge sexual apatite, and when I don't get sex, I do PMO

Another thing I noticed with my porn use over the years, is that it gradually turned more and more...sick, for the lack of a better word.

So I tripped over some youtube videoes about PIED, and suddenly everything made sense, the timeframe, when it started, how it happen, when it happens.
Right after I saw this video on youtube, I did the test, and tried to jack off, just laying in bed, and relax, and was completely flaccid.. nothing happened.



My biggest success, and dream I have is to get my libido back.

Your good man I fell up a few times before I got back into it have you had any like long term recovery? I’m experiencing the same problems and I really hope by no PM that things will work themselves out idk how to tell if this is going to work or not to be honest.. I just went three days noPMO and then me and my girl tried and it was just a miserable experience for me.. she’s so attractive to so I don’t get it.. she’s supportive but it’s embarrassing I’m 30.. keep your head up mate.

Hey Tylrt09 - Thanks for the kind words :) I'm back to Day 3 now :) I have ED, and I need to have viagra or similar, to successfully have sex, I hope this works, I can feel that it slowly goes the right way, sometimes I get a boner during the day, and so on

What do you take for pills that help? And where are you getting them from? They are kinda pricey but I’ve read a little about using them occasionally to help get through this and that getting off with my girlfriend is okay still cause I can successfully get oral and maintain an erection otherwise all up until it’s time to penatrate. It’s devastating.. but she’s super supportive anyways.. sometimes I wonder if it’s all just a mental block.. I don’t tend to overthink the process when it’s happening up until I go flaccid and can even get hard pretty quickly after by foreplay.. it’s weird have you experienced this?
