We need to deal with both habits and healing, both can occur simultaneously but should never be conflated nor confused. One is not necessarily the other, but each depend on the other.

How to treat urges? Like a telemarketer from the lower brain...! Don't let them sell you, and don't pick up the phone and argue. Just ignore...!
It's helpful to help others on their journals. These habits are so selfish, so narcissistic, it's actually 'healing' to reach out and help others.
Let's walk together away from a life of selfishness, and self-harm (which is what PMO actually is...).
This is an interesting function, an alternative place to post, saving the journal itself for more 'intense' check-ins.
I'm in a weird place right now, but posting here helps. I know that the normalcy I seek is not to be found in old normals, but in the new, and in God.
