Day 3 Today was a breath of fresh air. Felt content for the first time in awhile. I’m dedicated to make it through this weekend without porn.

Day 2 Reading easypeasy again. Makes me realize I need to let go of some of the beliefs that keep me in a relapse cycle.

Slipped up a bit but have to bounce back. Going to have to work on my boundaries during the weekend.

Day 4 today is enough, no porn needed.

Day 1 Thanks for always encouraging my friend. I am doing better today. I was thinking earlier that if I’m going to have the life that I want, I need to fight like hell for it.

Day 0 My best days of recent memory have been the periods of time that I was consistently posting on here. I want to get back to that.

Did some nature exploring today which was good for the soul. I’ve noticed a few urges and fantasies pop up but I’m reminding myself to not fear them.
