    Finally, I'm doing this…

80 days was great! I suppose a lot of guys (including me some time ago) are longing to this number. Keep going, Ezel

@Percival Thanks, you're definitely right: one should address and work on challenges that probably brought him to P originally.

O in the sleep yesterday. So I’ve made 25 days without O. Feel ill now and had a number of stresses on the job during the last weeks. Life is still challenging, even without P. One day is a Time

14 days no O 117 days no PM I am proud of my numbers! 🙃 To avoid setbacks, I suppose, it’s not enough to stay where I am now. New steps and goals are necessary in order not to degrade: we must run as fast as we can just to stay in place. My focus now will be more on sleep – I suppose that’s a...

11 days no O The next goal is 14 days without O. It’s a deep night at the moment, yet I can’t sleep. OK, it is as it is. Still hope that getting up and going to bed at the same time will eventually make things better. One day is a Time

5 days no O Bad sleep for the last two days. And I read that poor sleep reduces the ability to tolerate pain. From that I may deduce that the ability to endure urges is also affected by under-sleep. So both reboot and good sleep are still my priorities.

3 days no O Urges are soothing a bit. Better sleep today – now I try to get up and lay down approximately at the same time. Even on weekends. One day is a Time

2 days no O Feel rather excitable however and have urges.

Wet dreams for the third night in a row. A bit puzzled. Possibly, as I wrote before, that is a downside of deep relaxation I try to make in order to sleep well. Will experiment with that. Also I may try not to consume liquid some hours before bed – used to consume a lot.

Wet dream again last night. Possibly that deals with a deep sleep I have now from time to time. Nothing dramatic, I suppose. Notice slight increase in job performance. 0 days no O

Had urges yesterday and polluted tonight. Good news is that I’m 100 days without a PM now. Sleep is eventually better since I read that one should sleep in a cool room (+18 degrees). And the blanket should be just as thin as not to make you feel cold and not thicker. One day is a Time @GBS...

10 days no O The next goal is 14 days without O -- pollution once in a two weeks is acceptable

9 days no O Good sleep today at last. Before that I had a series of nights with a bad sleep. At times I felt nervous, unstable, and had urges. So sleep is possibly my weak spot dealing with reboot and not only with it. I missed a number of yoga sessions (in favor of sleep). Running performances...

90 days no PM 🤩 6 days no O I may be proud about myself, however, I should not consider myself freed completely. The next goals are 10 days without O and 100 days without PM. Sleep is still unstable. Possibly, that is the brain issue, and I should pay attention to thoughts not only before the...

Had a normal sleep last two nights. It was a wet dream the night before last, but good sleep is more important than a single O to keep balanced. Use breathing techniques and meditation to calm myself down and it works it seems. 24+ hours no O 83 days no PM One day is a Time

20 days no O 80 days no PM 20 days is good. Even a wet dream once in a couple of weeks would be decent I suppose. Although I feel bad after it. But that can be seen as a natural drawback. Still concerned about bad sleep. It became worse after the last O and still not bounced back completely...

10 days no O 70 days no PM Still have bad sleep. This night and overall. I thought it should become better eventually but it seems I should do something about it. One way is to quickly fall asleep once I wake up at night. The other (and ideal) way is that I should sleep all night long without...
