Keep trying till I taste freedom

Fapped again today. So I did something I have not done for a long time: I went back to my motivational videos I had watched during my exams last year. I realized that I had fallen back to old habits and got stuck in a rut. I need to change my daily routine and break the current habit loop.

Keep trying till I taste freedom

Back after a month. I messed up my recovery badly. I fapped to porn at least 4 times in this past month, latest being today. I try hard not to but somehow the brain just tells me to "go ahead, enjoy!" Beginning a new reboot from tomorrow.

Keep trying till I taste freedom

Thanks for the suggestion. I do talk to her everyday. But somehow urges to watch porn are independent of my connection with my wife. Truth is: I have excellent relationships with women (my mother, my sister, my wife) My porn addiction has got nothing to do with lack of connection or the...

Back after quite sometime. The most wonderful thing is : I visited my wife (who is studying in another city) for Valentine's day. And guess what! I had some amazing sex! Having never been with a woman before, and being a porn addict who's struggling to recover, I was amazed at my own capacity...

    Up and down ED

Definitely COVID has impacted your entire body and hence your libido. So right now a combo of flatline and COVID induced stress might be at work here. I would suggest taking care of your health. Do try protein supplements and some good trusted multi-vitamin preparations. Eat healthy food and...

So happy to know that! I believe the sight of watching your woman orgasm is much more satisfying than your own orgasm.

    Up and down ED

Bro one suggestion. Has it ever occurred to you that she might be having some issue with her own body or psychology, that causes her to pull away from you the moment she feels your erect dick? What's her age? Is she having menopause or something like that? Any disorders that cause imbalance...

    Up and down ED

"I could probably almost climax just by her looking at my dick at this point." I am looking at it from a positive angle. It means you have recovered to the point of supersensitivity, which is actually a good sign of dopamine detox and recovery of sensitivity to dopamine. Kegels are a very good...

This time I have to quit it for good!

Congratulations on making it past 200 days Zack You are an inspiration to the rest of us. As you rightly said, rebooting is successful only if we make up our minds that "PMO is not an option"

im 35...im in the last few minutes of the game and want to give it my last shot!

Yes brain fog does happen for a day or two after you do PMO or even only MO. I have experienced it during the binge day of a relapse. It will clear off. Keep focussing on self-improvement and on rebooting.

I need to up my game.

Escape that's a fantastic run! Do not lose hope, every additional day of no PMO and no alcohol is a day of growth and transformation. Do not be afraid, the urges and anxieties will fade away with time.
