    Porn is not an option

@Blondie I second your recommendation for “no more mr nice guy”. Easy to read and to the point. Have you read “Iron John: A Book About Men” by any chance? Really helped to form my manhood.

    The right way is uphill

Exactly. I’m not talking about feelings of guilt etc., I’m talking about feeling down, low serotonin down. It was interesting to notice and can be helpful to remember that feeling.

    The right way is uphill

Day 1 I failed yesterday and starting again. Interesting to see how depressed it made me feel afterwards. Short term pleasure only, not worth it.

    The right way is uphill

Day 11 - Day 12 How quickly things change. When I started this journal I thought quitting PMO is the most difficult thing. 12 days later I'm full of confidence that I can succeed. Not just quitting, but becoming the man I want to be. Don't get me wrong, I'm under no illusions that I've made it...

@Blondie thanks! I’ve already read “Gates of fire” - a fantastic book. Just finished “2034: a novel of the next world war”, a great and unfortunately very real dystopic novel and I’m half way through “A world undone” about WW1.

    The right way is uphill

Day 5 & Day 6 I've been keeping myself busy these last few days. Family, friends, work, reading and training. It becomes much much easier when I'm not in front of my laptop procrastinating. Quality time and thinking of the man I want to be. Tomorrow is the first small milestone - first week...

Thanks for sharing man. It’s good that you quit drinking but if you can have it in moderation then maybe that’s better? You shouldn’t cut off from your social life. You’ve gone up to 138 days, you re so strong. Don’t get disappointed, you’ll get there and beyond again. Stay strong, have some...

    The right way is uphill

Day 2 Less hard than I anticipated, I felt some urges but willpower is massive so quickly brushed them aside. I meditated today as well which helped with my mental clarity and filled some empty time with reading about the negatives of PMO and listened to podcasts. I also now got an...
