    Day 9 I made a lot of progress on a project I’ve been working on for a month. I also bought a subscription for a new word processor and outliner app to help me regarding the book I’m writing. No urges today; I just feel tired from work.

    Day 8, I had a nice weekend. I played basketball today & spent some time with family as well this weekend. I’ve also been working on my book more. I had some urges but been staying busy.

    Day 12 Friday was fun after work went to nice new restaurant with my gf and today played basketball and I woke up in middle of the night last night but I stayed offline & avoided touching my phone but definitely was tempted.
