I was thinking that perhaps we could have another subforum about fitness, where we can discuss different programs or diets etc? One of the first recommendations to newbies to the forum and rebooting is to start working out but a lot of people might not have the first clue where to start and what exercises to do.

Yes, that would be good idea. Gabe looks like he knows that shit. It would be cool if he could post some simple workout routine for complete beginners. Something body weight based, so you can do it on your own.
