Random rage

Has anyone experienced random bouts of EXTREME anger? Like I've been raging for about a few hours. I can't calm down everyone and their mother is pissing me clean off
Etc. Is this a type of side effect or withdrawal symptom?

It can happen, prolly because your emotions are no longer silenced by masturbation.
I have had a few of these days.

Just wondering tkn0, cause man let me tell you, yesterday I was just about ready to kick a dude in the chest if they crossed me!. Tried to lift (love the gym) but that just made me even more angry but thanks.

I've never tried it yet, but I could imagine a punching bag being a good stress reliever, if not then a stress ball. I've experienced a roller coaster of emotions, it's a drag but it's got to be done.

I get really obsessed and angry about some basic things and honestly I do think that's because I used to have porn as a coping distraction and I don't anymore. When this happens I either meditate or go to the gym and push lift in anger haha. At least that turns it into a better experience.

Yeah, I had some of these moments. Not for hours, but I was short before bursting out. It's getting better.

Definitely emotional ups and downs are associated with rebooting, particularly in the beginning (it can also happen during other parts too I'm sure). Just keep going, they should definitely level out soon!

I believe mine come from a lack of patience sometimes. Especially in traffic.
I think in general, not getting what i want or not getting something I'm used to will make someone more anxious. But I don't think I've experienced rage to an overt extent.
