acting on hocd thoughts

Has anyone ever acted out on hocd to just relieve anxiety.
...... well i have and it only makes it worse.  I wish i never watched porn  its ruining my life?

I have a hocd but i never acted upon my thoughts because i know that it will only make it worse, can you explain how you acted upon your thoughts, because it also depend on what u did.

Met up w a guy we kinda f**ked. . And i thought maybe if i did this my anxiety  would go away . But right after  i felt so stupid about it and my anxiety got so worse  and i felt a little suicidal . And now . Today officially wanna quit relapsing  . Its like im forcing myself to watch the porn hoping i get over with but it just never goes away! So im done checking just gonna weigh my options out and quit!!!
