Headache when watching porn

Hey guys,

I had been free of watching porn for like 40 days and then I started to look at porn pictures and got a light headache during a few days.

Has this happened to you?

I've had the odd accidental, quick glance at hot women pictures, and I felt something in my head!

One of the was a headache, and one feeling was sort sort of chemicals gathering in my brain! It could be nothing more than psychological.

(They don't occur at the same time.)

BTW, i really think you avatar are needless. It clearly can be a trigger!

You should be happy for your headache because it's there for while. Always i am having headache even when i imagine porn stars and headache doesn't go easily. Its full of pain in front head

I have had the headache several times when viewing porn after a long time (30 days ish) not viewing it. Dont feel that it is psycological, but who knows.

Ah, common it is just a pretty face nothing more than that. If you find that a trigger, you should stay away from all social media :)

Dude, people get triggered by far more harmless stuff. Using a picture of a beautiful woman as a profile pic on a porn addiction recovery forum is inappropriate.

Btw. staying away from all social media is a good idea. Addicts use social media or youtube videos as P-subs (porn subtitutes).

Maybe because it works as negative reinforcement? Just a guess.
