day 5 on a Saturday night no less. Lets get through this weekend.
This would usually be my Cinemax night but I'm happy I'm focused on something more productive and healthy.
And besides, I no longer have Cinemax  8)

Sex has Chaser Effect??
oh damn, that sounds tough.

April Challenge aside though, is MO after sex healthy?
I mean fantasizing about real sex would be healthy for the purposes of rewiring, right?

Just to let you know - I am still in the game, no P, no M, no O so far. Nevertheless I have my ups & downs, I am still facing a lot of urges, but am tightly holding position of being clean of PMO.

I wish you all to be the winners in this challenge. Cheers!

Glad the only chaser i get from sex is ... wanting more sex.

Rewiring needs to have a partner present. We want to teach our body and soul to react to a real partner - and not any kind of fantasy. MO to memories of real-sex is still just that: MO. It is not rewiring. But it is very likely not bad like MO to porn fantasies.

After a few months I stopped MO completely during my recovery. It didn't feel like it gave me progress, in fact it felt more like it set me back. But I have to say, I (still) struggle to MO without porn and without wild fantasies, so not MOing is actually easier for me. If you are dealing with any kind of P.I.ED or even just EQ issues, no masturbation for some time will very likely help you a lot.

Can't believe that 1/3 is reached yet. Time flies.. I just can say:

Very good men! let's lean on each other for support if any one feels any temptations!

It's only been ten days? It feels like forever! And the worst part is I can't just tell myself, "twenty more days!" because then the whole experience would be completely worthless. I don't know if I'm going to make it, you guys.  I get those pop-up ads and I don't close them down right away because it technically counts as an 'accident'.  I'm holding on, but barely.

So don't tell yourself "twenty more". Tell yourself: "one more second". And then: "one more second". "One more". "One more". "One more". And soon you will reach a point, where you only hear the "MORE" and nothing else. Time doesn't matter anymore. And that's when it is going to fly. You'll begin to enjoy your life. You don't have to think about urges or addictions anymore. The only thing you can think of is how to get more out if life. Go harder, girl. You're worth it. Don't allow yourself anything else but to strive forward.

Considering your post kaybee take a look at my "Personal text" on the left: Don't worry it'll take time - time'll pass anyway. It is all definitely worth it, probably the most worthy thing we can do for ourselves and for the environment.

Hang in Kaybee,

You are an amazing person! It is really something that you have chosen to break free from this addiction. You have all the courage you need!

I failed. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though, 2 weeks is an achievement for me and I'm going to focus on that. See you all at the May Challenge!

I M'd (although no O because fortunately I stopped myself from getting to O). I didn't watch P.

Nevertheless I will keep fighting my own battle and I definitely don't want to let myself into P / M / O never again.

All the best to all y'all!

Hi shake19,

Great that you did not use P! Not having an O at least helps with any chaser...

Please keep fighting! There is no reason not to, your'e doing great.
