I would be interested what are you looking for.  I'm new to the reboot community. I feel.im doing good with abstaining but always good to have someone checking g and asking g how it going.

William and Ryan,  thanks for tour interest.

I have Some ideas.

Maybe in the first couple weeks , as a group we could all introduce ourselves (in generalities).

And maybe as a group decide what is good goal to for reboot.  Maybe like a can we all to 100 days?

We can discuss triggers, provide moral support, talk about what works, what is bad.

I can honestly say that this habit, addiction, behavior *whatever you call it* is bedeviling deficult to defeat.  I really dont want to go to pay some guy in clinical setting, and i really dont want to engage in this behavior either.

I have been on and off the reboot wagon for a while.  I have some GREAT info (literature / insights) to share, and I was hoping to find some other people to go in with on the journey, maybe even give me some pointers.
As far as going it alone - there is no need for it AND the one other AP I had years back - we kind of drifted apart.

William - back to having a plan, so to speak.  Maybe after a few weeks, perhaps I could set a up a small teleconference for a meeting?  Man the thought of that is kind of frigtening.
SO I guess I am not sure.  FOr now I want to get a small group of people together, maybe start a new topic and just sort of bond in, talk it from the top for each of us.
Any of this sound like something beneficial to you?

I think anything to help keep us on task and off porn is great. Not sure what that looks like but this is a good start

Ok Ryan, thats great.
Sounds like Ive one taker so far.
Let's give it about a week to and see if we can pull a few more folks in.
Not sure if I mentioned it, but this approach is to enhance having a single AP.

Between this subject being so difficult, and the fact that we are separated by the internet, I think that having a small group of APs is the way to go.

Thanks.  I'll be in touch, in the meantime, feel free to check in everyday. On this thread until we pull something together.

Thanks Ryan,
Mech.

Hello,
I'm sure we can encourage each other. Even if this forum is really nice the community is not as big as nofap.
I come here daily and if you want we can write our daily progress/advices/fears.
I made a post "[PIED] No effects since a started no fap 13 days ago" please comment if you have any advice.
The best way to fight our addiction or porn induced erectyle disfonction is to work together.

Have a nice Day

Hey Mech,
I'm  in. I love the idea of starting an accountability group. More people means more insight and improved success.
I've been looking into 13 step programs ever since reading Russel Brand's new book, "Recovery." Steps 1-3 are pretty simple. I'm on step 4 which requires a seasoned sobriety veteran. I don't have anyone in my life to help me work through the steps. Someone once turned me onto pornaddictsanonymous.org but I wouldn't exactly call it user friendly. Also, my life isn't conducive to regularly making the online meetings at the moment. Maybe I'm just making excuses but they meet on Sundays and I'm alone with my son almost every Sunday. I live in a rural area and there are no meetings for sex based addictions either.
Long story short, I'm willing to give it a shot but I think there needs to be some structure to adhere to. Just my 2 cents.
Peace
