Whatever we think/do/spend most of our time on, the neural pathways will thicken, and we will surely become.


I'm sorry to say this but your current state is your own creation (as is mine)
And its tough to get out because it has become habit.

So what you need to do are :
1. diminish the negative neural pathways
2. strengthen the positive neural pathways
3. change habits
4. change behavior
5. change outlook
6. take massive action

Let me tell you that it takes time, effort and a whole lot of courage, but it is possible.

1. Completely stop paying attention to yourself.
Stop all self pity/doubt/negativity/sorry
these are self indulgent and completely useless and unhelpful

2. Completely focus on your goals.
Decide what is important to you and do them. constantly

3. form new habits based on activity
have the courage and discipline to carry them out.
never judge yourself when doing.
just do. keep on doing. the focus is do. the results absolutely do not matter

4. change your behavior and attitude
be disciplined.
Sleep early and wake early
meet loads and loads of people
forget your shyness.
embrace the fact that you are human and flawed, as is everyone else.
embrace the fact that there are good days and bad. No one is judging you if you are trying. ( they are too busy judging themselves )
embrace your weaknesses
keep on recognizing your strengths
only strength matters

5. improvement
Focus on improvement, not fault finding
they sound similar but are vastly different
keep on improving and growing
attack all the difficult stuff quickly.
Do that which you dislike/fear the most
when you can constantly face the hard stuff,  everything else is easy and smooth

6. have a sense of urgency (most important and beneficial)
We are past mid life
everyone has limited time on earth
every day matters
every minute matters
every moment wasted on meaningless stuff is precious life wasted away.
Stop waste
Start action
Dont take baby steps. Jump into the deep end. Struggle. Get help.
Discover your inner resilience.
You can do it.

Transformation is possible
but you must invest time, effort, energy, commitment, discipline and patience.

You will achieve
You will succeed
You can be proud
You will live a good free life

Agreed, tan. Free, you can definitely do this.  Try some prioritizing.  Getting rid of twitter, Facebook, and especially news feeds, will do you a world of good.  Then get a job.  Nothing else matters until you?ve got a paycheck coming in. Girls do not dig unemployment.  There?s tons of work out there right now so go for it. 
Note: you?ll need to do something about the big empty spot on your resume.  Most employers will assume it?s prison.

Absolutely right about current state is my own creation. But you know?I tought all I was doing I was doing fine?except porn. I couldn't see the damage that was doing to me. I had job for 10 years?plans to buy a house, a new car and maybe the rest would come.
I'm the first in recognize it. I need to change in every aspects of my life.
It will be a very hard road to walk trough it. But I'm positive today and I think I will achieve it.

I was stucked 30 years and it will be very difficult change behaviours and bad habits but I will?I have to.

Seneca, about the big empty spot on my resume, my country has 4 million of unemployed people due to 10 years economic crisis. I know the empty spot in my resume is big but I was thinking in other exits like to be freelance because at my age the companies don't make contracts normally. They prefer teens or young millenials. This empty big spot of time has been very hard for me? get fired due to crisis, many Health issues and some surgeries but I've been study and looking for other kind of jobs different of mine. I'm sure that very soon this issue will be resolved. I have faith.

Day 49

Busy evening yesterday in relationships with some friends and another people?no females. It was interesting. Due to our age is difficult to get out with other people or take action in this topic because they usually have their own friendships circles or wives, children and it's not easy they have time to pass with you. But well?It's a little step out of my Comfort zone. 50 days ago it couldnt be possible because my social anxiety.

I've been doing exercises and strenghts at home. get out and walk 4km. Tomorrow I will rent a bicycle and do more exercises with the goal to lose 10 kg at the end of the summer and be able to mantain this habit to get fit and improve good health.

Positive thinking today with plans to fill my time. Scheduling weekend and next week. I feel good.
