Semen leakage - a good thing?

Why is semen leakage considered a bad thing and thus its stopping included as a sign of 'back to normal' in reboot (http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/how-do-i-know-when-im-back-to-normal)

Does semen leakage here refer to 'overactive' precum or is it something else?

I ask bc I am 100+ days into reboot and find that I will have random spontaneous fantasy thoughts pop in my head (about real girls) that lead to a bit of  reaction in my pants or a semi or sometimes even full hard on if I stick with the thought. And in pretty much every case there's some precum. This happened today sitting in class, for example!

My instinct is that it's a positive sign, that with the rest and absistence of the reboot my sexual function is brimming and ready for release-action-whatever you want to call it, so is responding to any hint of sexual thoughts/arousal.

If this is what 'semen leakage' is referring to, then what is the logic that it is bad?

It is bad.

I think it has to do when you are in the bathroom trying to knock out a number 2 and have leakage then - that is not healthy.

I've noticed the same thing and I'm just about 2 weeks in to my reboot. I don't understand why this should be considered a bad thing, I think it's natural and arguably unavoidable.
I've found that it's there even if I haven't fantasized that day. When I do fantasize these days I tend to cut it off while I'm rebooting. That said, like you, they are real life fantasies as opposed to P related.

I think it is unavoidable, and I have experienced it myself - but it still is not prevalent in healthy individuals. I asked my brother-he doesn't get it, asked my father - he doesn't get it.

Ah, now I get you. I guess in that case it's normal for people who are rebooting. I think I read somewhere that when you first start rebooting there can be an excess production of semen due to the previous habit and it takes a while for the body to adjust. I think eventually the body naturally starts to reabsorb it. Don't quote me on that though.

@androg, thanks for this. I think I've come across that article before. What I was still unclear about to be confirmed was that there's a difference between a) being quick to produce precum at any mild hint of arousal and b) 'semen leakage' which refers to at random times with no arousal e.g. when at the toilet.

The latter rightly seems unnatural but the first could be healthy that super sensitive now to anything sexual?
