hi there,suffering the same problem as you, wanted to know can things get back to normal.I started mo without porn at around 15 quite late i guess and porn use when i was 16 mastrubating daily alone ruined my life badly and later porn entered.My social life became completly isolated.after like 5  months started to reboot failed miserably but everytime failed the next leap was much higher.now currently i am in day 15 of abstaining from all sorts of erections,experiencing hell. but i am confident that i will never ever view a porn pic again in my long life from now. can anyone please tell can things get back to normal and will it help socialise better with girls cause everytime i talk i embarras myself...please help  :)

Practice makes perfect man...I know sometimes flirting with prettier girls is more nerve wrecking, this may sound ridiculous, but, maybe flirt with uglier girls lmao. you know what im saying, just for practice right?  :D its better to practice in person , face to face than online too

It mainly depends on the individuals porn history. I think three factors:

1) What age you started watching porn
2) How much porn you watched per day
3) The extent your tastes escalated
