Its not perfect to reboot for 8-9 days . now get challenge for 6 months.
Relapsed yesterday night. But now i written down my urge. After this i don't relapse to this type of urge. The way of success goes through failure. So now on day 1. I have holiday now then its challenge for me to step up towards my 6 months reboot challenge.

Its very very hard to be out off this. You are always an addict . and you need to be carefull about urges for whole life

Hey man, can I give you my opinion about this?

Maybe trying not to relapse at all in 6 months is scary. Try instead to reduce the number of relapses each month. Think about how many times you PMO, on average, in one month and try to reduce that. This means less relapses and more days of rewiring. When you cannot go many days without PMO, it's daunting to think about going a whole month without even 1 relapse. It's probably impossible at this stage so that why I think a better idea is to reduce the number of PMO sessions. With time, your brain will rewire for less PMO. The number of times you PMO will decrease to zero but this is a plan, it won't happen overnight. This is a program that you will follow to accomplish that. I know that we are tired of PMO. We want to stop tomorrow and never do it again but we rewired our brain to PMO for years, it won't take just 1 days to rewire back to normal. This is what we have to understand: It takes time. That's why, because it takes time, we need a plan to follow until we get better. Also, avoid binges. if you PMO, do it once, don't indulge in long edging sessions, and be done with it. Then think about why you relapsed, see the mistake and try not to make it again next time. For example, I relapsed because I sat in front of the computer while having hard urges and I didn't do anything about it, thinking that I could overcome it with willpower. It didn't work. This time I have a plan for urges. Never to repeat the same mistake. Also, I relapsed because of alcohol. I will not drink again, at least for a while, for some months maybe, so that alcohol could not sabotage me.

And very important: Don't let yourself become super depressed. I know that feeling sad is inevitable after relapses but beating yourself up and getting very depressed is detrimental. It's a good facilitator for consecutive relapses and binges. Think about the plan, think about what made you relapse and tell yourself: "Okay, I know what to do. I don't need to feel crushed about it."

One last thing: Thinking about quitting P is thinking about P. Thinking about how hard it is to quit P is thinking about P. Those put P in your mind all the time. Try thinking more about what you have to do during the day and less about the P.

Check this out. What I said earlier comes from this.

It's the mistake number 2. He says it better than me.

Avoid binges. If you don't binge, you naturally PMO less in a month. Maximum is, of course, 30 or 31 PMOs in a month, if you did it everyday, right? Now think about binges. if you binges everyday, how many times would you PMO? Exactly. PMO only if you have uncontrollable urges but do it just once a day and don't edge all day. Edging fries your dopamine receptors like crazy. PMO in 15 minutes and be done with it.

If you can't go a month without PMO, try reducing the number of PMO sessions. Eventually, your brain will get used to less PMO and the number of sessions will decrease every month. The goal is to reach 0 one day but it won't happen over night. This is a plan, a schedule.
