May I suggest finding yourself a Sex Addicts Anonymous meeting in your area?  It will give you face to face time with others going through the same thing you're going through.  I've only been to one meeting but it has helped me tremendously.

Thanks for the suggestion but people at my place do not admit it even thats why m trying to find a person here whom i could contact whenever i feel and same way we help each other

They actually have tele meetings which are nice for people who may not have a meeting in their area.
