this is an old post but I thought i'd add some of my experience! i don't think it's due to the wanking though completely stoping all porn and masturbation is really the only way to get healthy! i had the same issue as you but i haven't noticed a huge difference and i'm 4 months "clean". I just think that you just like you, we are dominant and we are not as turned on by a woman leading the way. I notice that when a girl is on top or cowgirl if you will I can hold the erection if I'm thrusting but if she does the whole work then I'm not at all that turned on. However if it's from behind or doggy style if you will then I have the hardest erection. I don't think it's due to watching porn the last 18 years of my life though that could be the case but I just think I'm very old fashioned and I like to take control. I would say that if you haven't given up ALL porn watching and masturbation that you STOP all that first and then see how you perform a few months later.
