To any unwanted habit, there's repeatable actions that strengthen or reinforce it. There's always a cue (trigger) that incites us to use or act out.
Find out what these are, how you can change your routine, what you can do different- switch it up!
Use whatever surrounding or supporting behaviors there are that lead to our eventual use, and 'hack into it', change it- and you will change your habit.
