That happens..., glad you got back up, and keep trying.

See what's working, and what's not working.

To any unwanted habit, there's repeatable actions that strengthen or reinforce it. There's always a cue (trigger) that incites us to use or act out.

Find out what these are, how you can change your routine, what you can do different- switch it up!

Use whatever surrounding or supporting behaviors there are that lead to our eventual use, and 'hack into it', change it- and you will change your habit.

I'm new here, but I can relate to what you are going through. I've been fighting for over 3 years now and still am.

Since 2021 began I keep my day streak on a post-it on my wall. And guess what... I've had to crunch the piece of paper and throw it away many many many times over.

I've had three day streaks, 1 week streak, 2 weeks streak, and then... I'm back on day 1.

As a matter of fact I'm on day 1 today.
I'm not going to lie to you: This is hard. But you can do it! I can do it! We can do it!
And we will do it! Together!

Stay strong and never give up, no matter how low nor how many times you fall.
This addiction crap is strong, but you are stronger!
