Day #8
This is my first journal entry and I am on Day #8 of PMO. I am 19 and I am ready to quit before I go to college. Today I have been feeling a lot of temptation and it is the first time that I have made it longer than a week (three failed attempts). I would appreciate any advice and/or motivation to keep going! Thank you in advance. Also, is M without P harmful to the process?

I have no idea about your progress but if you are still going strong then I want to tell you,that you are a very cool person.
And about M without P ,it depends upon you ,what kind of a person you want to be ,do u want to be a p free person or a p and m free person . And about the results of M like do you feel motivated after doing the thing ,if you feel occasional M is okay and it doesn't de-motivate you then it wouldn't affect your progress.
