During the COVID outbreak it has been tough control yourself from doing and watching porn. What have you done in the past that help you control your urges during the time you were lockdown?

Porn hasn't been an issue, but it doesn't mean that weird triggers and so forth during quarantine are a non-issue. The best I could do was keep my radar up and be more active and intentional about how I behave. It is easier to sit and mindlessly scroll on my phone, it is easier to just sit in front of the television, it is easier to drink to much and wallow. It means I have to watch myself and catch myself in the act as I do these things. Because of this I have cut back/quit drinking. In normal times it is a nice diversion/indulgence/nerdy interest, but lately... it just doesn't seem to work. I've had a long hot summer stuck inside, so in a way I think I go a taste of what other people will go through being stuck inside as winter comes. I think if I was still trying to fight my way through a reboot then all of these weird little things would be dangerous pre-cursors to getting seriously triggered and I'd have to take control of each and every one of them. Get some good books, plan out your days, buy some home exercise equipment (I'm assuming going to gyms is not a possibility for most people, it isn't for me), find some hobbies, and so on. These aren't things that help all that much when you're triggered and on the edge of relapsing, but they can definitely help with the quarantine blues.
