Hey buddy.. I'm day 23 no porn but I did MO twice 2 days ago...
Advice out there is this a start all over again?
Or am I still say day 23 no PMO?

MO is not really bad if you are concentrate enough of your work and lifestyle.

PORN is bad like hell this is the issue of all which create the changes in mind, anyways try to avoided MO and do it if necessary.
