I want to live a celibate life till my last breath....

    Hi i am 22 years old i am from india I was addicted to watching porn at the age of 13, after which my life completely deteriorated. I failed all aspects in my life, my girlfriend dumped me, my career went haywire, my brain was corrupted by all these images and anxiety problems. In 2017 I knew I had a porn addiction problem and I also watched Gary Wilson's TED Talk and I knew about the reboot nation with his help, I made a short streak, my long streak was 36 days after that I relapsed and still I am not recovered. Yesterday i watched porn and masturbated but i didn't want to do that my subconscious mind always said don't do this it will destroy you. I have decided to live a celibate life till my last breath. I wanna be ok i wanna change i wanna improve my life.

        It's day 1 and today i'm going to change my life :)

  The flatline hit me and I again got into this addiction cycle. I don't know how 3-4 years passed with this addiction. If anyone is reading it between the ages of 13-19 then listen carefully do not watch porn again get rid of this addiction as soon as possible this addiction is like a drug addiction. This will make you weak inside as well as outside.

    Today I am feeling really energetic and I am excited about this journey. I exercised and focused on my work too :)

      Relapsed 2 times today I feel very tired now But still excited for recovery.

I have been going through a lot of symptoms. Mood swing, depression etc. It is a difficult time for me but one day I will recover from this wound.This journey will never be complete without obstacles,we will have to face it and reach our destination.
 
                                          Day 7 @ 11/2/2021

      1 week complete without PMO. Today I exercised, meditated, ate a healthy diet. My next goal is 14 days. Never give up :)

Congrats on 1 week mate. It's a great milestone.
Keep pushing yourself, someday soon you'd get there and get to see that the effort was worth it.

      Reason: I was experiencing insomnia yesterday, so I thought that watching the movie would make me sleepy. I started to watch the movie (never seen before The Shawshank Redemption ) and within 5-10 mintues I saw some kissing scene and then ..... :(

    1. Now I decided to never watch the film until recovery.
    2. Without effort and dedication we cannot overcome this habit. Today I ate fast food,
felt tired all day (Due to PMO)
    3. Still I am inspired I understand my mistake I will change myself. Everyday I think that one day I will get rid of this addiction and I am going to do it.

  I fapped every day in the month of february. I feel drained and weak every day. Yesterday I also relapsed but still I am not giving up. Right now my goal is to make a 7 day streak.

Hello, you can meet relapses in your road but you can also do your best to be more strength to do not relapse more. It's possible. For that you must know why your are here, why do you must change ( stop PMO ). You can also read some, other's articles here, journal of those who succeed, how they succeed to see why, how and what they are fighting against.

Be more decided !

When you feel that you are invited to watch PMO, you can just come write here and somebody will help you.

Take a time to thing about cases that make you relapse ( stress, depression, whenerver you are alone, ... ) and make some barriers ( I mean good habits that help you to relaxe and fight against that ) . When you are stressed you can just look for a music that can help you, don't stop with social contact( is very important), you can start with some programm of reading articles, of mediting Bible, of sports or gymnastic, of praying, of visiting friends, of working yourself at home, playing a game that will make you relaxe.

If you Change your thought, when you will be face to relapse, your unconscient will tell you that it's not good what you want to do, and that can be the first weapon which can help you. It's amount arms that can help you to fight well.

Change also your habitudes.

Fight day by day. Say that today, i will do my best to be free, and the next day, you'll do the same.

For starting you can fixe yourself an objectif of a day, three days or a week.

It will not be easy but you must do that !

Also, don't forget. More days past, more you feel you are winning , and less your attention, your prudence, your sense of be prudent will be. Don't thing take 7 days mean out of combat.

Pay more attention about that days from know. 4th Days , Day 7th Days, and else.

    Today I exercised but still felt tired throughout the day. Want to get rid of this addiction as soon as possible.  :-X
