Day 85. Feeling tired as I recover from some recent surgery but also very balanced as it has forced me to keep things very simple these next few weeks as I bounce back. Probably works out great to finish my 100 days strong as I am fairly limited in my mobility :).

86 days in and actually enjoying my at home recovery time. Feeling no urges these days - perhaps because I am tuned into recovery mode or maybe I'm just hitting some smooth sailing ... but I am feeling of late that I can sustain this renewed / reshifted focus and make it my new lifestyle of better self care. My goal, finish the last of my 100 days strong and ready for my next phase.

Thanks and talk soon.

Smooth sailing sounds good. My seas have been a bit rocky this last week or so, but things have calmed down. I mistakenly thought that by 90 days I would be cruising with no issues. I was wrong, but I still got to 90 days. I'm hoping to be even more successful in my next 90 days. I like the 90 days at a time goal. I know some people like shorter goals, but I'm going to stick with what I'm doing. I hope to then to bump up the goal to 180 days at a time and then 1 year at a time and then never look back.

Congratulations on all of your success Nick!

Congrats Nick and Guitar! I cruise some days but like Guitar some days aren't cruise worthy and I really have to focus my thoughts and temptations! Keep it up!

Day 88 and steady sailing as I feel quite great - both in my physical rehab post surgery and mental rehab as I close in on 100. Feeling good about starting to forget about my old triggers and routines as new positive patterns take hold. Enjoy!

Day 89 and ... I am starting to feel stronger each day now physically as I recover from some recent surgery ... and with that growing strength I find I am wanting to really sink my teeth into my evolving porn free lifestyle. I'm feeling like I have been given a second chance in a sense, so I want to use this point in time as an inflection point to really be able to pour myself into the "never again" mindset I felt was so helpful from the "Easy Peasy" method. Looking forward to hitting the 100 days mark that is right around the corner.

Got up early today (day 90) and am feeling really at peace and blessed to be on this recovery journey which has been so much different and better than the million other attempts I have made to stop ... and so grateful I don't have to do this alone. Reading everyone's journals provides strength and hope. Take care and keep up the battle to escape porn prison.

OK day 91 underway. Things are calm, grounded and beautiful as I start my day and write this entry. I am trying an experiment today to use my alarm to chime regularly (I will shoot for every hour) to step back, breathe and be fully present. I have found that when I can regularly come back to "ground zero" it helps to not only avoid triggers but also makes feel like I truly have that control that sometimes seems allusive. Let's see how ta plays out.

Stay strong all.

You sound like you are doing great Nick. That is awesome. I think I need to do more meditation and calming my mind throughout the day. I'm losing it a bit and my mind is running wild. I need to find the calm port from the storm.

Keep up the amazing work. Glad things are going so well.

Awesome! I'm now going to start thinking of Neo when I'm trying to change my reality. Great reference. Good to hear things are going so well!

Day 93 in progress and these last few days have been going really well ... pretty much no triggering thoughts rattling around in my brain or any time spent day dreaming about porn / past triggers.

I started a few days ago to be a bit more "mechanical" about taking a few minutes to step back and meditate on the hour (vs just an adhoc thing I do whenever). It seems to be helping me to get a tiny step ahead of any potential triggers / thoughts and (maybe more importantly) re-anchors my "Easy Peasy" learning that I am 100% in control of my actions (which subsequently makes me feel good about myself and thereby re-enforces my virtuous cycle and builds momentum to stay the course). I will keep this going and continue to provide a play by play of the impact but so far this is a helpful little habit.

Stay strong everyone.

Onto day 94 and things are pretty much stable, positive and committed to the "never again" mantra from Easy Peasy. Regular hourly time outs to breathe and meditate to stay grounded are welcome and re-enforcing ... adding to my sense of being 100% in control of my actions. Will continue to see how this evolves.

Take care all.

Awesome job Nick!! Love the mantra Easy peasy. I had a bit of the struggle bus while traveling this week but no way I was going to not win the battle. Day 101 for me. Let's keep this going and know that WE ARE IN CONTROL!
