Thank you Freddy, yes I think this path as a one day step but it is also really encouraging and challenging to think that one of the goals is to get to 20 days and then 30 days. Gym is a good idea to keep you saturated with endorphins.Day 12! No urges for P or M, blue balls yesterday since the afternoon. ready to hit the gym! I feel like a I have been for a really long period without PMO but it has only been 12 days! 8 more days to reach the next goal. Thank you all of you guys for you support!
Heal and recover bro, keep journaling here, I feel the journal let’s you feel how far you’ve come, and let’s you feel this process is circular, and you’ve dealt with it before. Keep writing due diligently, I read my passage thought about the man I wanted to be, and how my route was more of same. It gave me confidence to get through the day and get home to see my fam, TGIF.Day 13! One more day to reach 2 weeks. Ready to hit the gym! I feel better overall no urges for doing PMO but makes me think about why I did to myself last time I relapsed I knew and still went that way. When I was with this girl would it have been differently if I had donde right? Silly thoughts but the only think I know is I have to heal for myself. Did not wake up with morning wood bu got a weak erection after some minutes. I want to heal, I want to recover.
Thank you Scott! Yes eventually I hope my brain goes to normal. Day 15 here! 5 more days to reach my next goal. No urges for PMO, morning wood 80%, today is rest day from exercising. In a flatline pretty much my junk is dead during the day. It seems just like last time at this stage triggers do not affect me. But when I was around 60 days my libido came back and everything single thing was triggering. Have to check what should I do when I recover my libido. Thank you guys for the support!Don't worry, man, your MW and spontaneous erections during the day will come back. Your brain is just conditioned to give you erections to porn and you have to avoid it until it starts reacting to normal stimulus again. 14 days of no PMO is great! Keep going man!
Get yourself in the gym ASAP, it has been my one saving grace.Day 18 without PMO! I had a morning wood that last longer than other days. Still in flatline I have been reading the the YBIP book and unfortunately people who suffer PIED take more time to recover this was a little upsetting for me. But if it takes longer the only alternative is to reboot alittle longer and try to rewire. No trigger until now, no withdrawals symptoms ( or at least not strong ones) and ready to hit the gym.
