Lol you made me laugh. Thank you for the comment! I have finally reach one month since I started no PMO. No urges, MW is getting constant, libido today 1/10 and motivated to get the results I need. Thank you so much for reaching man!

day 31 without PMO. Morning wood 90%, libido: 2/10, random erections yesterday 2 although they were no really random since I thought about kissing this chick and I got hard immediately(something that was not happening before so I will count it as a good progress) 4 days to reach my goal.

Day 34 no PMO. I had some urges yesterday but overcome them it seems my libido was a little higher than usual. Libido 5/10. Morning wood 80%-90%. Erections during the day: yes.

Day 37! Without PMO, some urges yesterday. Morning woods are becoming a common thing now, some erections during day, I was tempted yesterday to M but I know what this can cause so I will stay strong until I see PiED cured, hopefully I can find a girl to rewire (I have just move to a new place so let’s see)

Day 38! No PMO, urges are coming back and I starting to feel aroused just by thinking, still I don’t think my thinking is strong enough yet but it is something I could not do a month ago. Hopefully I can recover from PIED. Libido: 5/10, morning wood: yes 80%, erections during day: 3.

Second entry of day 38, my libido is increasing I really appreciate women but still cannot get it up just by looking. But man! This urges are being overwhelming, I wan a woman so bad,it seems I have started the difficult phase when the libido is high. This is gonna be difficult but not impossible, I need to control this urges. Wish me luck and strength!

Day 41! Mind is tricking me to go back into porn, I had this dreams so vivid about having sex, man so clear, so detailed damn, I guess the only good thing is that it was a first-person dream. Libido 7/10, morning wood yes, erections during day yes. It is getting difficult but let’s do it!
