Day 37! Definitely introducing exercise, fasting, good diet, work, hobbies and sleeping early are a good way to keep you away from PMO so 37 in hard-mode is amazing. About to enter to the 6th step of the 12 steps of 8 days of recovery! Let?s do it!

Day 46! I have not written for a while but it was because I have been very busy l. I can notice that I barely think about porn or masturbation, my morning are 100% normally and I have random erection, looks pretty well and I like I have been reading after I hit a good number of day without PMO I have to start being intimate with a girl to be totally rewired. Oh man! I wish I had found this webpage before life without PMO is definitely much better, better concentration, more time, better habits, more energy and relaxed. Next goal hit the 60 number.

Hey Zack, congratulations on your streak ! I'm on day 47 and can relate to what you're going through, minus the morning wood part, but I don't fret about it.
My next goal is also 60 days, not just because it's the 2 month mark, but because it will be a personal best in terms of no PMO ever since I started watching p some 20 years ago.
Keep it up, trust the process, strive to be the person you've always wanted to be.
When you hit the 60 days mark be sure to post it here, I want to be the first one to congratulate you !

Congratulations zackergeet! it makes me so happy to read these posts, it truly makes me believe it's possible to get rid of porn and live a better life! This has really motivated me to keep fighting!

Thank for your message, I am glad that my story can encourage you to continue fighting against P,  trust the process and put all your effort into it, I can assure you that is worth it for sure, there might be days that can be extremely difficult even when you think you have overcome the worst there might a day when you can relapse that is why you have to know why you want to quit P, have a strategy like every time you want to do it go for a walk, fasting helps you train the delay for pleasure, sleep early so you don?t have temptation to check P if you are bored and make exercise if you have the time. And the worst cabe be the flatlines, and you will feel that your d@ck is dead and you will try to check if everything is normal but trust me, don?t do it and little by little you will start regaining sensation and morning woods (in case you lost them for a while like me) and set mini goals of 8 days in a row and be happy when you achieve them, cause 120 day or 90 days sounds like a lot of time. Wish the best and fight!

Day 49!

Yesterday was a hard day for sure, when I thought temptation could not be worst, a girl send some some hot pics out of the blue and my mind and body were burning, I was paralized for some seconds thinking perhaps I can do MO once but my intention is to be rewired totally and to be able to enjoy healthy sex again not just a moment of pleasure that can cause me to suffer or worsen PIED. So I went out for half an hour (it took me a while until I could regain myself) and fortunately I controlled myself , I knew that If were to do MO (actually will be PMO since I would do it looking at her pics) I would return to this stupid and unhealthy habit and I don?t want to go there anymore since I know how much time you waste and the repercussions that can bring to your life( PIED = anxiety, frustration, disappointment, etc) so I am here at day 49 and stronger to achieve my goal to quit PMO once for all!

Similar happened with me around that day. I was horny since the day 60 and on my day 71 I finally had sex and was wonderful. But sadly, two days after sex it felt like I was going back to day zero. So right now I'm on day 126 without PMO (25 days without O) and still not feeling horny again.

If I'm understanding this process well, I would say that you had a successful reboot and now you need a successful rewire. I've failed on my rewire. Maybe you can try some cuddling first, kissing, some soft sex, and or sex without O for 1-2 weeks at least. To force rewire, but without O'ing. To don't risk bringing you to 'day zero' as it has happened to me.

Hello Guys, after I was having an excellent reboot and everything morning woods and random erections. I fell on the temptation again and masturbate and watched porn. After this I only have been able to stay free only for a week. I wish I had continued doing. Today I had an encounter with a girl and did not work well. I only fingered her we were kinda drunk and I did not penetrate her. She sucked me and it was hard but it will go down very fast. Please I need help, need to be consistent. Want to feel good again. Don’t wanna use porn if this does to me. I will have to do hardmode and reboot. Day 1 wish me luck. Thanks for reading

Thank you so much Ajinkya, I know past cannot be changed but it is really upsetting to think that perhaps if I hadn’t relapsed today would have gone better. I don’t want to experience this anymore, I will write everyday and commit once again to finally quit it for good!

Stop brooding over your lost streak and begin afresh. Get up and keep marching. We all are with you in this.

Thank you so much Yogi, I really appreciate your words. I really feel supported. I will write everyday so I don’t forget my goal. And the feeling from yesterday I will always remember how P can ruin you when you have the real deal in your hands. The thing left from here is to go up. Thank you once again for your support and I wil check if you have any post. We can defeat this

Day 2, I have just come back from gym and getting ready for work. Thank you
Guys for all your support. Today there was no temptation no desire no libido no morning wood. Today there were pretty girls at the gym but nothing down there.l happened. I have read that hiit and lifting is a good help for recovering for PIED and libido so that is what I trying to do. When I was at the 60 day of the recovery I would have morning wood almost everyday libido and random erections I need that back, i know I can reach it but this time I cannot fall.

Do be on your guard next few days.
Initial 2-3 days everything stays quiet. Then the urges start coming.
