Day 150 without PMO, day 49 without O - holy hell, 150 days since this journey started! But for my positive surprise I've show amazing progress this morning, I'll tell you.
On day 148 I was feeling my sack empty. So I've been researching for foods to increase the load and the sex drive. I've found that some porn actors ate a whole celery head on the night before their films, so I did the same. In the last two nights I ate a whole celery head on each, with the hope it would help putting my testicles to work. I have been practicing creative visualization and trying to imagine a healthy and active brain, connected to my testicles and putting them to work. I'm also running/sprinting, sleeping well and reducing significantly my time online. Yesterday I also read one erotic story before sleep, on the hope I could have some erotic dream. I'll keep doing so from now on.
Today I woke up without MW, but then I started touching my wife still on the bed, just feeling her skin, the skin of her leg etc. Suddenly I've got a 90% erection and felt like 'wow!'. To make it short, without effort, this erection lasted for 30 minutes. She was still sleeping, so it was very natural, a solid and consistent erection. I woke up to take a pee, and even without thinking about sex, I needed to pee with a 80% erection. Felt like a teenager. After I've finished, the erection was still there and I've seen my sleepy smile on the mirror. It felt really awesome. Slowly the erection was fading, but I've spent the whole morning with at least 10% erection. And at any moment I touched myself a bit, it would go to 50% right away. My body was really on stand by ready for action. But still I wasn't feel horny or something. In the afternoon I've felt a bit of blue balls though. I'm not with the feeling anymore my sack is empty.
