Completely numb penis / loss of sensation

Hello,

I managed to quit porn no problem about four years ago, and I've successfully stayed away from it since. The problem is that I've continued to masturbate a lot since then, Now I have zero sensation in my penis, and I can't feel anything when I ejaculate. I can get an erection, but only if I furiously masturbate at a high tempo. And as soon as I stop stimulating my penis it drops dead instantly. I've masturbated so much that my penis actually hurts most of the time, even though I masturbate much less frequently now. I've had these symptoms for about three years now.

I want to stop masturbating completely. I usually avoid it Monday - Friday, but every Saturday morning I can't avoid the urge. Mainly because I sleep in for a bit on Saturdays, while during the week I have to get up for work. Even though I only masturbate once a week, my dick still hurts all week afterwards. I am unable to get horny really, I masturbate as a compulsive habit. I have no difficulty getting girls, I've had beautiful women standing in front of me naked ready to go but there is zero response in my brain or my dick.

I'm afraid I've permanently damaged the nerves in my penis. As I said I have zero sensation and can't feel pleasure, and I don't feel anything when I ejaculate.

My question: Can my penis be healed? Will sensation return? I know that I need to stop masturbating, and I'm going to set an alarm for Saturday morning and go running instead of lying in bed tempting myself. Its just I've done so much damage to my penis that I'm not sure if sensation will ever return.

Has anyone else here experienced similar symptoms? Has anyone here recovered from numb/painful penis and inability to feel pleasure during ejaculation?

I will be eternally grateful for any response.

I am no expert but I'd say you can 100% restore your penis...
...
Maybe you are using the death grip and should not stroke the pup to heavy handed...

I suppose that is reassuring. I am aware of what I need to try to stop it, my questions was more directed at the potential for healing.

go see a urologist and tell them everything... you could have fractured your penis or something simmilar
