This is my first post here. I have been trying to do nofap since a while and the max I have gone is 14days. I am always motivated the first week so that goes easy but after that I get triggered. I am definitely one of the most extreme cases of this addiction. Relapsed last night, going to try again. Going to keep trying till I succeed and break this addiction. The new thing is that I am going to post here.
