It might help to go back and read post-relapse entries. The mind likes to "forget" why we are doing this in the first place. In that moment you tell yourself: "I will keep this feeling in mind when urges will be massive" but then 3 weeks later all that is a distant memory.

You got this! I've been fighting some strong urges lately too, but I think about how far I have come (1 month on the first!) and I don't want to start over again to be exactly where I am now. What a stupid cycle to put on yourself! Stick with it!

Thanks, man. Yes, I hate to start from day 1 again, it's very depressing. This is tough but I can't relapse to put myself on day 1 now.

When porn stops being an important part of your life, this is where the freedom starts. Better said, when you stop seeing porn as an important part of your life. Porn is not to be put on a pedestal, people have been handling their lives for thousands of years, why do we think we can't without porn? Read "Easy Peasy method".

Also, read success stories that resonate with your situation. Do you see a guy talking about "This is how I used to be" and it sounds just like you, then "This is me now after 1 year without porn" and it sounds like what you want, read that and other posts like that and use it as motivation. Read it every day, the importance of drilling all this into your head every day cannot be underestimated. After reading a little bit, you might feel like: "I got it man, I know, I know what I want", but the addicted brain likes to "forget" everything and crave porn. It's a good way to remind yourself why you are doing this. Where you are now and where you want to get, mentally speaking. Porn affects mental health, once what's going on in your head gets better after staying away from porn, working on your life is easier.
