I'm tempted, I have some urges but they are not strong yet.
Hey, man! Thanks for support!Congrats on Day 9 and 10! If you can do 9 days, you can do 90!
Who cares about the urges? Let them come, let them go. The more you dismiss them, the less strong they will be. You can outlast any urge, brother!
That is awesome man! One day at a time and you will get far!Day 9
Day nine is day deny porn.
I worked four nights in a row. This morning, I craved alcohol like crazy but I didn't buy anything. I don't even remember when I made it to day 10 last time. I'm close. I'm tempted, I have some urges but they are not strong yet.

Thanks, man!The more days go by and the stronger you get escape continues so you are stronger if you want that shit porn !!!
Do not give up @Escapeandnevercomeback the stronger the crave the stronger you will get if you can control it. Eventually, it will get easier. You can do it!Day 10
Ten days without porn and alcohol. But this is the time when it usually gets difficult with the craving for porn, as it happens this time too. I'm tempted. Alcohol craving is low.
Thanks for support.Do not give up @Escapeandnevercomeback the stronger the crave the stronger you will get if you can control it. Eventually, it will get easier. You can do it!
Fight back those urges you know that if you go back to the same patterns you will have the same feelings about not having control of your lives and failing. Fight with all your forces man!You know, this is exactly that time when I start feeling better overall but craving the pleasure too much at the same time. It's when both sides of me (the "addicted me" and the "real me") start to agree about accessing porn, and when the "real you" agrees that watching porn would be a great idea, you are done for. It's the same pattern.
Maybe you're right, I don't know.I've read a lot of your posts, and well... I think you need to get addicted to something new to get out of this.
Running, cycling, other sports, gym, whatever - that's your choice, but I think this would be a fundamental thing in your reboot.
