Positive results, this could be working.

I am beginning to see some massive gains and starting to believe that this works.

So in a nut shell. I am 38 with 20 years of PMO. MO up to three times a day to all sorts of hard core stuff. I had pretty bad PIED and have been using ED pill for the last four years. Pretty much lost interest in real woman and was more interested in the screen. My last relationship fell appart because of my porn addiction. Low motivation, mild depression and pretty aimless in life. Struggled to get it up without porn.

I started hard mode about 16 weeks ago. Forced sex after one month with ED pills which pretty much didn't work. That set me back. The flatline lasted about three months. Just no libido and no bonners. I didn't get many of the other symptoms. I have been seeing improvements in the last month. One wet dream and more frequent morning wood. Last Saturday I had sex for the first time without ED pills in four years. The next day I was getting random elections all day. Last night I managed to get a bonnet for the first time with just touch. It was 100% strong.

I think I am on the meand. I probably have a way to reach full recovery but this is already life changing. More rewiring is needed but the hard stage is over.

Thanks to reboot nation, Noah Church and Gary Wilson. You guys are life savers. The NHS knew nothing about my condition when I asked them. I got my testosterone levels checked last week and they were on the hight end.

I have changed my lifestyle a bit. Eating healthy, lots of exercise and lifting weights. I am taking lots of supliments.

If anyone has any questions and I would be willing to help.

This combine with a good diet and gym work. I am not 100% recovered but well on the way.
Stick to the good diet my friend. You are probably flushing most of that molotov cocktail down the toilet. I've tried it all and it turns out that the good diet with a healthy variety of whole foods and moving your body regularly is more than enough. As for the dick, it was always a porn thing, not a nutrient deficiency thing and that gets fixed by not watching and masturbating to porn.

You could well be right. But a lot of these are for mental health and I find they help. Some of these supliments were for testosterone boosting. I had my testosterone levels tested two week ago and the results were at the high end. So something is working. In three days time I have hit the 4 months of successful nofap. Today I managed to get hard with touch alone. Definitely on the mend. I had suvier PIED at the beginning of this and could only get hard to porn. My next step is to hit the 6 months of nofap.
 
Day 132. Tomorrow it will be 19 weeks of nofap, no porn and I had sex twice. I really feel no urges at all to watch porn. I still have PIED but things have improved since I came out of the flatline. I found giving up porn the easiest thing when you have a reason to. Up and to two weeks ago I had been super horny. I was definitely out of that long flatline. Must have been nearly 3 months of flatlining. I thought I was on the road to recovery. I heard that gental touching to get a hard on helps. No O obviously. It took a while but I got there. Then I let it go down. Tried again and got there. Then for the next week or so I found my libido went. Not quite back in the flatline but certainly set me back. It has been picking up gradually since then. MW is pretty constant most days. This is such a long process. I feel I am about ready to start rewiring with someone. Being single doesn't help. Hoping to get lucky on the dating sites. I really want to beat this. PIED sucks Man!

Today is 19 weeks nofap and porn.
I no longer get urges to watch porn. I am hoping I will never go back.
I feel a lot happier and I think my mild depression has subsided.
I still have PIED but I think it is improving. It has definitely improved since I came out of the flatline and libido is on the rise.
I am eating healthier and keeping fitter.
I feel a bit more motivated to get stuff done.
One of my female colleagues said to me the other day that I looked very manly. Not sure if this has anything to do with it.
Really hoping things continue to improve.
Very active on my dating site. Not sure if it is a good thing looking a women's profiles? Not many other options of meeting women otherwise.
Still taking lots of supliments.
Got pinged last week and had to self isolate for a week. First day out today and looking forward to going to the gym. Not been able to do any exercise for the last week.

We got a COVID-19 app in the UK. It tells you if you have been near someone who tested positive. You have to use the app to scan in at bars or shops and also talks to other smart phone through Bluetooth. Its called getting pinged if you get notified. Once you get pinged you have to stay at home and self isolate for 10 days and get tested. I was negitive but still had to stay at home. They are changing the rules next month so if you get pinged but have been double jabbed then you done have to self isolate.

It's voluntary issolation on the app but compulsory if you test positive. We are well looked after with our furlough system. 80% of our salary paid if we can't work. Not really effected me much, I am one of the lucky ones that can work.
 
Today is 150 nofap.
During this 150 days I had sex on two occasions. The first time was early on and was pretty difficult due to PIED and out of date ED pills that didn't work well. The second occasion I used no pills but has premature ejaculation issues.
I had a long long flatline, several months. I have had three wet dream, two of which were this week. Before my reboot I have only recorded two wet dreams ever. Something must be happening to have had three wet dreams over the last 150 days.
I have no urges to watch P. None at all and I can't see myself going back to it.
My MW is getting better by the day. I have to tuck it up just to walk to the bog in the morning so no one see. I can normally get an erection by touch but does need work. My libido is seriously up and down. I could be super horny for a couple of weeks then not at all for a couple of weeks. I can be super horny in the morning then not at all in the afternoon.
Erections are some times weak and sometimes firm.
I feel I am not quite there yet and more time is needed. I still have not met anyone to rewire with yet. That is my next aim.
My next target is 9 months.

That's just from a thought not experience but I would imagine that when u're not fapping at all, getting laid doesn't lead to anything else than a 25s intercourse most of the time (as opposed to a stable relationship where the coolidge effect loses its power overtime and as u keep having sex with the same partner on a regular basis, the time u can hold it get longer and longer). Am I wrong ? idk i'm just kind of thinking out loud

Not sure how many days I am on now of nofap and P. It will be six months on 10th September.

So last night I had my 4th wetdream of my reboot. That is my 6th ever. Something must be happening.

My libido still hasn't come back to the hight when I tested my erections early July. I think I made a big mistake there. I wanted to see if I could get it up with fantasy. I had been super horny for about a week and I got it up and almost ejaculated. I had to stop myself. It was almost like edging. I feel this really set me back. I guess it's all a learning curve so I won't do that again.
