Rebooting my sexbrain!

Well, today I learned about Porn Induced Sexual Dysfunction. While I know that porn is not the only contributing factor in my struggles with sexual satisfaction and confidence, I now understand how it contributes to the problem. I know cutting out porn isn't going to solve all of my issues, but I'm actually kind of excited to stop watching porn and get back into reality (and my imagination). It will definitely be interesting to see what the effects will be on both my physical and mental health.
I've actually just made up my own daily goal accountability calendar, so I can easily track my habits.

I won't be updating this daily, but I will be making updates as I notice things worth reporting.

Cheers!
  • Did I use porn today? Yes.
  • What were my triggers? I had the house to myself for a few hours.
  • How did I soothe my anxiety or stress? Jerking off and then being productive.
  • What am I grateful for today? Taking the first steps in this new journey of self-improvement.
  • Day counter! 0

Welcome to the forum.
My suggestion: do try to update regularly. Preferably daily, else at least every alternate day.
Journaling in itself is going to be cathartic and transformative.
