Hey, man, I've just discovered the book "Rational Recovery" by Jack Trimpey. I find it very helpful so far, maybe even more than the Easy Peasy Method (at least for me). You could give the book a try. I know where you are right now because I've been there: Getting a longer streak then struggling to abstain for a week. But this book might help rearrange your approach. It's talks mostly about drinking and (sometimes) using drugs but it can be applied to any addiction because all addictions share common stuff. Cheers.
