Porn is part of my old identity, not my current or future one. With that out of the way, my current challenge is to not masturbate. Last time I did, I still had some ED which effected my sex life for a few weeks.

Stopping porn alone wont help.

The goal for me is to be healthy in everyway, mentally, physically and in my sex life. The mindset I recently built to get away form porn is the same I'll use to stop masturbating and move on from this. Its been about two weeks since I last masturbated, I plan to practice the habit of not masturbating for another few weeks before it really kicks in.


Take away from Atomic Habits - James Clear:
- Our habits create our identity, our identities are created by our habits. The more we do something, the more it becomes part of who we are.
- Before we look to achieve our goals, we must first redefine our identity, who we want to be and the lifestyle we want for ourselves.

I want the best for myself, always.
I'm willing to work for it, improve my mindset, focus on the long term outcomes rahter than the short term pleasures.
I've lived life until recently chasing the short highs and temporary pleasures and not much good has come from that. Now I'll focus on improving where necessary and create new habits to become the person I want to be.

Day Unknown: (still going strong though)

A few days after my last post, I was overly stressed and highly sexually frustrated. I tried not to MO but after having almost a pack cigarettes in the space of a day, I gave in and MO'd.

Not dissapointed at myself as its been smooth sailing since then. I think i've hit the flatline stage, I keep waking up to wet dreams every few days and feel no sexual desires. My current problem is cigarettes for some reason. Nicotine addiction is real, but I know I'll be done with it soon, just gotta get past the first few days.

On a more positive update, social media traps dont work on me anymore, whenever I see anything remotely sexual, I remind myself that its a trap that eventually leads back to porn and I unfollow or delete the page.

I can truly say that im now in flatline mode. Its been a week since I last MO'd, Ive had no sexual desires , still getting wet dreams (hoping they stop soon) and about two more weeks until I can have sex again.

Not sure how long this flatline stage will last for but as long as I stick to the basics and focus on everything else, all will be good. Im not worried though.

- I've gone 36hrs without a smoking, and taking it day by day.
- Still learning sex transmutation, I feel like this will be an ongoing process.
- Focusing on one habit at a time and adding more as I improve
- Gym progress is amazing, my body is looking more and more like I want it to. Time to step up the strategy.
- Been reading more consistently in my spare time to train my focus and learn new things.

Life is good when we take control of who we want to be.

I wish you all great success on your journeys and that we all learn to be more consistent with the right habits.
