I have been on a 6 day binge culminating in 3 hours today. Enough is enough. I am quitting. I'll start posting here with my progress and begin taking this serious. I have committed to getting rid of whatever app or device that I use for porn as a way to stop. So, hold me accountable for that as I post.

That’s quite a binge, expect to experience the dreaded “porn hangover” or “chaser effect” very soon. It’s when you’ll get attacked by very strong urges, but it will pass and get easier
