From aaall the thing i've been reading for the last 2 months, I would say that I've seen litteraly every cases. Ppl with 15yr of porn feeling better (better not recovered) within 30 while other were in a deep depression still at day 90. So ye if u want an answer the big lines seems to be from like 3-4 months to 1, 2 and in some rare cases 3 years (I read really like 1 or 2 like that I think, while 2 years are more common and 1 pretty much what most ppl call "98% recovered but still carefull about the urges"). I think at some point u can mix up "normal desire" for sex and women and "porn binge urges" and getting confused.
Overall I would say that there is a "how bad your behavior was" component (that's, I think, a big difference if u were edging for hours every day or if u "just" jerked off even 2-3/day (I may be wrong but would make sense that edging is worse than the later)), a genetic one and a big environmental component too, both leading to more or less extended speed at which the brain plasticity does its work.
As much as "healthy activities" help and make the process faster, I think there is that part where it's not about what u can do to recover faster but just how much u can get hit and still keep going, like in life in general but applied to urges, depression, feeling down af putting you down and you getting back up by not giving in.
