No Urge low libido

Hello guys so i decided to do rebooting because of my ED. i did lab test and everything is ok so i thoguht it should be porn because i get errections during porn. But sice i started i have no urge for PORN am i really addicted or what i also feel low libido ?

From my experience the first week is usually easy, very little urge to watch porn, uts the following weeks when your brain is low on dopamine and trying to get it the way its been used to which in our case is porn.
Everyone experiences it differently, and has different side effects. If you've been watching porn for a while and only get hard while watching it then it's most likely the cause. It'll take a some time and maybe some daily pelvic floor exercises to get your libido back
