Your self reflection is to be praised.Relapsed again last Friday. Enough is enough, so I signed up for WebChaver (Jewish version of Covenant Eyes) which includes filtering. I pray that this will spell the end of my PMO addiction.
Really struggling with letting porn go. I hate to say it, but a part of me really likes the false comfort it offers.
It may help to remind yourself of why you are on this journey in the first place. Does PMO make you happy? Does it make you a better person? When you look back on your life from your deathbed, will you be grateful for all the hours you put into it? Does it connect you more to your spirituality, your community, your values?Still trying to overcome the unfortunate fact that I still kind of want to PMO.
