Porn and testosterone levels.

I’ve read that men who watch porn have higher testosterone levels. When I quit watching porn I can feel my libido weaken. I just feel low. I was wondering if there are any studies showing that T levels come back to normal after abstaining for a long enough period.

Not abstaining from p weakens your libido, bit p itself. It's not libido, it's just addiction you feel and even if it was...what do you want with high testosterone when you can't get aroused by normal women any longer?
Just abstain from P and go working out.
If your testosterone level is really too low the problem is definetly not that you aren't watching enough P. But I doubt it really is, you just feel low because your brain thinks it needs P.

I know that studies have been done. What kind of movies did scientists make their subjects watch to measure their testosterone levels? As it turns out - for a good reason. Adult videos really can influence the story of the hormone and perhaps even the performance of the workout. Also, Scientists have determined when sex causes testosterone to go down. According to studies, the amount of the hormone decreases dramatically after sex. In addition to everything, you need to take quality medication https://rats.army/. And you have to get tested all the time and do it under the control of doctors. And the most important thing is that we have limits and boundaries that we can't go beyond.

There was some article (or articles) some time ago saying that people who watched porn just had higher libido. That's bullshit. People don't watch porn because they have high libido and they don't watch porn because they have higher testosterone. Porn addiction is a matter of changes to the brain, like any other addiction. Through years of watching, we program our brains, mostly by dopamine system, to give us massive urges for that particular stimulus, which is porn here. So, no, urges don't mean higher libido or higher testosterone or some obsession with sex, it means porn addiction. All of us here need to escape this. The rebooting process is the proof that we will get back to normal.

From what I have read, watching porn does not increase your testosterone. Normally, if you are only watching porn and not doing other actions with your pipi, it may increase your testosterone for a bit, but if you are jerking, it may lower your testosterone. From the research that I saw, most of the men who were jerking had lower testosterone than men who didn't have sex with their hands. I'm not pretending to be an expert, but this conclusion is pretty logical. You can read more information regarding this topic at informational sites like Healthcanal.com.
