Good job escaping the urge. It's always easier to escape an urge rather than to fight it. Keep it up and during the daytime this should be even easier.

Day 4
Been struggling to get a good streak started i should be fine during the week when i get home from work tonight i will be leaving my phone in my car.

Day 6
I will be working from home tomorrow so will be preparing for that. In the past i have relapsed on thursdays since i am alone at home, i will be working at the library so i will be around other people.

Day 7
I have decided to add cold showers to my reboot, i took one this morning and plan on taking another one tonight. I was reading your brain on porn a report of a guy who used cold showers as a way to combat urges and thought i would give it a try, i discovered that while cold, my cold water is not something i would describe as ice cold.

Day 11
It was a peacefull weekend it seems not spending the weekends at home 24/7 makes urges not much trouble. This week i have made a note to structure my days and create a plan for urges.

Day 15
I made it to 14 days, which i am stoked about. I had a few cravings yesterday but they were small enough to where i could avoid them by simply leaving the room. Right now, i am planning out my weekend since sitting at home has been a problem in the past. I won't be at the house for most of the day ,by 8:00 i will be at the gym and from there i will be working at the library until it closes then go work at a cafe spot. I will be around people and won't be able to give my cravings any thought. I still need to plan out sunday, it will be sunny though, perfect for a hike.
