Hey Matthew, there's no need to apologize. You've taken the first big step by saying you want to change. Don't dwell on any setbacks. Leave them in the rear view mirror where they belong.Sorry guys I relapsed

Rooting for your success man.hey, I appreciate it. I will try my best just for you
I think a good place to start would be, avoid porn for a day, then two days, and so onYou've got this matthew! We just pick ourselves up and try again.
Hey, I understand exactly what you mean, I do have a strong determination to fix this and I have a plan, dw I got thisHey Matthew, I know it's different for everyone, but in experience this approach of slowly reducing the consume is just an excuse. I tried that two times, even made it to PMO'ing every two weeks, but always failed. I think if you really want to quit, you have to be ready to fully give it up, or your determination will not be enough. The problem is, that your determination goes down over time and then you have to be past the point where your urges are too strong. If you "quit" slowly you need determination over a longer period of time without really abstaining, which means your brain is not rewiring at all.
If you are not determined enough to stop now for ever, then you have to work on that. Think about what pushes you away from porn! You have to do things that make you want to stop.
