Bad sleep & 495 ng/dl T...I am scared.

Hi guys, I am at day 90 of my reboot, I have been addicted to porn for about 10 years, fapping 2-3 times per day.

One thing that scared me recently is when I had blood test and saw total testosterone....495 ng/dl seems on the lower end of the range, considering I am 30 years old.

Plus, since the beginning of my reboot I haven't been sleeping well at all, most of the night I am awake and have anxious thoughts not only about the reboot and my libido but also about my future, unemployment condition etc... I read that testosterone is produced during the REM phase of sleep, that could be the reason why I haven't improved yet and morning woods aren't still there.

I have lifeless and shrinked penis and my balls look like soft, I don't have erections when I see attractive girls on the street like I used to up to 1 year ago.

Could the reason be that my Testosterone dropped during last years because I haven't been sexually active and don't sleep well at night?

Maybe porn is not the reason of this flatline....or maybe not the only reason? Is a 495 ng/dl testosterone low enough to prevent someone from having erections when close to an attractive woman?

I can't wait to have sex again, I tought about giving it other 30 days and around day 120 try to have sex with a prostitute or firing up Tinder again...but I'm not that good with women unfortunately...

What do you think guys? Some of you had experience with low testosterone and bad sleep other than the usual flatline?

Just relax man, stressing about it and not being able to sleep just shows you’re making this way too important in your life. Obviously it is important but at the same time you shouldn’t constantly be looking up information and looking up stuff about pied. Once you know enough then stop going on the internet about it. Just focus on enjoying life, focus on working out and doing things you enjoy. Go to social events and talk to people and talking to girls. And honestly it’s perfectly fine that you don’t just randomly get a boner while walking on the street and seeing someone attractive. The only time that matters is when you’re in bed with another girl. Overall, just don’t make it your whole life, look at trying to improve your life in other ways in the mean time, get more sleep, workout, etc. you got this man
