this is the infinite time I try to give up on porn… my last time was on Friday, I’m now at day 3… first day that I’m alone at home though and already got through a few hours…

what triggerd the urge? if you find the trigger you can eliminate the urge. you can also avoid the trigger altogether if you can determine what situation it appears in for example certain websites, certain times of day, or even when you in particular mental states.
