Am i Addicted

Guys i am new here. I think i am battling with an addiction. I have been watching porn since i was 14 years old. I started masturbating since i was 16. I am 21 now.
I have tried stopping watching porn but my urges took over me. The maximum time i have gone without masturbating is 21 days.
Now this is where i have a doubt. Although i am watching porn for so 7 years i never watch the sex part. I always masturbate to the foreplay or the body of the woman whenever she is naked. In so many years i have never masturbated to a sex scene.
I also workout 2.5 hours a day but still i do not feel too tired to jerk off. There have been days where i feel like masturbating everyday and there are days where i dont feel the urge to masturbate for 2-3 days. It is only when i am alone i feel horny. Also my porn watching never disturbed my studies. I also never feel the urge to watch porn whenever i am with my friends or family.
So my question is am i addicted or is it just stamdard hormones or i am overthinking too much?

This feels like very very early on stages of addiction. Not that I'm in any way shape or form providing you with a valid diagnosis but that's just how I'm interpreting this. Especially since you claimed that "urges took over" to view more porn. We have all started with soft core which gradually got worse when unchecked.

Practice sexual self mastery (this is how my therapist called it). Remember you are in control of what your body does. If your thoughts are like "Oh I NEED to masturbate or see porn to get the edge off" then you may be at the very start of dark winding road.

Maybe start a reboot? You made it to 21 days before, see if you can reach 30. Abstain for now and see what happens.

Your very smart to have seen signs like this early though. Very good self reflection! So keep it up!

How have your experiences with women been throughout your life? This is an important information you haven't mentioned.
However, no matter the answer, I'd suggest starting a reboot. There is nothing to lose from it and there are multiple benefits.

I have had a girlfriend when i was 16 then we broke the relationship due to trust issues. When i was 19 i proposed to a girl but i got rejected. Then suddenly the pandemic hit and i didn't get the opportunity to meet any girls other than my friends. There is a girl i like and we used to frequently talk in college but since the pandemic hit we talk sometimes over Instagram. I am not that good at texting as i am in conversation so there is that barrier. But now my college has reopened this month so i look forward to talk to and meet more girls. I have never been nervous or shy talking to them. But yes i am a virgin
