This post is not about people with testosterone problems. It is about the " Flatline " . Do you see the title of the post ?

You're welcome.
my point is you might be mixing up your ‘flatline’ with symptoms of low T. i’m not devalidating what you’re saying. low T is a common condition which is easily fixed. i’m not saying you have it (it may well be flatline) but there’s no harm ruling it out.

You can always search posts of people who " say " and " know " that they have testosterone issues . It´s not practical to make wrong assumptions, we don't want the forums to be completely useless, right ?

Thank you.

Red Moon, PIEDPiperThrowaway,
Thank you for sharing your struggles and story.
I have made it 1194 days without porn (roughly 3.25 years). Before this time I had progressively worsening libido, difficulty arousing, maintaining arousal, lesser firmness, increased struggles during PMO to the point that about a year and a half I M'ed limp...I think that last year and a half was particularly devastating (also, my ejaculations went from powerful squirts to dribbles and the amount reduced to mere thimblefuls). I finally got to the point where I knew P had to be a problem and the urologists I had gone to who claimed P was healthy or it was "all in my head" were wrong. The first 90 days felt like I was moving forward...but, then afterward I couldn't make it more than about three weeks at a time without masturbating, despite a very poor response. After that it seemed like I was making a tiny bit of progress though... about 180 days in until a year and a half in I was getting somewhat consistent and more powerful morningwood. Then, it seemed to slow down. I went out of my comfort zone anyway around that time to start dating a few people and eventually found a very compatible woman. She has been a great light and support in this time and I explained my struggles with PIED. I even managed to have sex with her about a year ago. Since then, I wanted to try a new method for a year: no PMO, but allow myself to fully indulge as able with my partner. Overall, I think there has been some improvement, but I only once achieved what i would consider a 90% erection and most of the time it is about 75-85% hard. I worry that I have been reinforcing this incomplete erection through continued intercourse. Also, I have had sex more than twice a night a few times, so that is some improvement. However, for the past year now I have essentially had no morningwood, and as I discussed I still have incomplete erections. No matter what it requires constant stimulation to maintain an erection. She tells me she is very satisfied with the sex, but I know it would feel so much better to have a full erection and the full sensation that comes with that. I think at the turn of this new year I will tell her that I need to take time off orgasming...

Good luck with your struggles.
Relentless
proud of you man! that period of abstinence is religious determination. make sure your Testosterone levels are in check for your age tho also. not saying porn didn’t fuck you up. just be aware that when urologists tell you your T levels are within ‘normal’ range, this range of values covers teens to men aged 80+. you could have the T level of a pensioner and not realise it. it may POSSIBLY be a contributing factor. sending love buddy stay safe.

29 months for me, now. What symptoms do you have ? Cheers.
Everything still. Social anxiety has improved the most out of any of them, but yeah, I still experience fairly debilitating symptoms every day. They aren't as severe anymore, but I'm still not a whole person. Maybe 60% myself. Awful sleep, weird digestion, crazy mood swings, anhedonia, fatigue, depressions, appetite. Numbness and shriveling down below, headaches. Depends on the day.

What about you? Congrats on 29 months.

My friend try to abstain to orgasm!!! No pmo no mo in my opinion it is wery important!!! Flatline never end! you continues orgasm! Try it !!!min 2 month ...in my opinion need min 6 month! Contact me in privat ms .
My Flatline only began because of Nofap. This was proof itself that porn consumption changed the physical state of my brain, especially in the hippocampus. Sex drive is in the brain, we have to wait for homeostasis or brain " default settings " .

If you feel no libido, it is the Flatline. The issue is in the brain.

the brain is so bizarre. i was on reddit and there were some dudes who were complaining about sudden long term loss of libido, plenty who specified they never watched porn and masturbated just 1-2 times a week, even though they had normal bloods. starting to wonder if my problem is porn.

I have been learning about these forums for many years. In my opinion, the only two worthwhile forums are: THIS FORUM (REBOOT NATION) and the Your Brain Rebalanced Forum.

I advise you not to visit the nofap.com website or its reddits.

The nofap.com forum is rubbish. The people who sign up there don't really have a serious purpose in leaving the PMO and it's also a forum where the threads don't deal with any kind of interesting topic.

Nofap.com is the worst forum out there. It's no use.
noo i mean normal dudes not in nofap. like askmen and r/sex

27 months in the Flatline and counting.

It's hard to use the method for recovery and see no tangible results for so long. Any long rebooters out there ? Any advice or personal experience with long Flatlines ?
This seems like too long, usually, if everything is done right it shouldn't take any longer than 3 months 😖😖. What are your symptoms?
